Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans, and product inquiries, and maintain a clean, inviting store floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.
• Experience with firearms in FFL locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms, completing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
