Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales and loan inquiries, and keep the sales floor welcoming and organized.

You’ll earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission (up to 8%). Benefits include earned wage access, employee discounts, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months, and tuition reimbursement. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs; physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and guide customers through pawn and short-term loan services; ensure smooth experience.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying/loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
