Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate in the United States. You will earn $11.00–$14.00 per hour plus unlimited commission, with most stores open 9AM–6PM and Sundays often closed. Earned Wage Access is available after day 2, and employee discounts begin day one.

You will greet customers, assist with sales and pawn services, process transactions, and keep the store floor welcoming and organized while following company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable handling firearms at FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with retail checkout systems.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and process paperwork for pawn and short-term loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Complete required training and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
