Summary

The Retail Salesperson for Accessories is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals using selling tools including text and social media, provides styling and fit guidance, and helps keep the department customer-ready while working a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and grow lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts
• Provide honest, confident feedback to customers about style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Requirements
