Summary

Retail Sales associate in Accessories at Phipps Plaza responsible for achieving sales goals both in-store and through digital channels. The associate also supports department presentation through merchandising, stocking, and order fulfillment and may assist other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media


• Build and grow customer relationships and a loyal client following


• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service


• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to deepen customer engagement


• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning


• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to perform duties in other departments when needed


• Seek product and fashion knowledge to support sales and recommendations
