Job summary

Michaels in Lubbock, TX is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to help customers, stock shelves, and run a fast, accurate checkout. You will participate in truck unloading, maintain planograms, and support store recovery to keep shelves in-stock.

The role involves assisting customers with the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, engaging in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and adhering to SOPs while modeling a positive image for the team.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards).
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain stock and merchandise recovery; complete returns/go-backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
