Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a full-time Retail Regional Manager to lead the Santa Fe, NM retail region on-site.

You will partner with the Managing Director of Retail to develop Sunflower Bank's sales program, coach staff, and drive customer experience improvements across the branch network. You will set sales plans, monitor performance, and mentor staff to achieve goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• College degree required; Business field preferred or equivalent banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops a cohesive retail team aligned with the bank's strategic plan and core values.
• Sets daily and weekly sales plans for the branch and staff.
• Reports sales and performance results weekly to Senior Retail Management.
• Mentors and coaches Sales Team to improve performance and customer experience.
• Assists Branch Management in setting sales goals and ensuring accountability for sales and referrals.
• Plans and facilitates weekly regional sales meetings to review results and opportunities.
