CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Retail Transaction Manager in the Charlotte market to provide strategic management of real estate transactions for a defined portfolio across office, industrial, and retail properties.

The role requires handling leases, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions with competition-aware negotiations. You will lead negotiations, coordinate with brokers, and ensure alignment with client strategic objectives, while tracking commissions and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• May be required to travel; up to 10%.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of retail lease agreements, amendments, etc.
• Real Estate License is required.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages, fractions, and financial calculations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Gather resources for lease renewals, site acquisitions, and surplus space disposition.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent; review business terms.
• Coordinate sales negotiations through field brokers; negotiate leases and track expirations.
• Secure new properties to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate service lines and manage transaction activity.
• Contribute to new products, processes, and operational plans.
