You will collaborate with brokers, manage renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions, and ensure optimal deal terms for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred; retail transactions.
• Real Estate License is required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute strategies for acquiring and disposing properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned to the client's strategic goals.
• Coordinate renewals, site acquisitions, and sublease dispositions.
• Act as landlord/seller and tenant/buyer agent; review terms.
• Negotiate sales through field brokers; track leases and expirations.
• Secure new properties to meet client timelines.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams; track activity and forecasts.
• Contribute to new processes and standards to meet goals.
• Review RFPs, LOIs, and brokers' value opinions.
• Present cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR to clients.
• Share knowledge and coach others; lead by example.
• Promote CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
