Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Transaction Manager in Atlanta to oversee strategic real estate transactions across office, industrial, and retail properties. You will coordinate with brokerage teams, prepare strategies, and ensure favorable terms for clients.

You’ll analyze leases, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions, review proposals, and present cash flow projections to help clients make informed decisions. A Real Estate License and 5–8 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred.
• Real Estate License is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational and analytical skills essential.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with the client's goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals and site acquisitions; manage disposition of surplus space.
• Negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations.
• Present cash flow projections, NPV, and IRR to clients.
• Review proposals and broker opinions of value; support decision making.
