CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Manager to join its growing corporate real estate team in the United States.

The role involves managing long-term outsourced partnerships, coordinating a variety of property transactions, and driving portfolio strategy to meet client needs. The candidate will supervise staff, manage daily activities, and negotiate terms for leases, sales, and build-to-suit projects while tracking savings and presenting reports to clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant real estate experience.
• Real Estate salesperson license required.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance.

Mansioni

• Supervise staff, with training, evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage team’s daily activities, set work schedules and deadlines.
• Implement real estate plans aligned to client goals and priorities.
• Act as landlord/tenant agent and negotiate business terms.
• Coordinate negotiation of sales through field broker, including leases and renewals.
• Locate and acquire new properties to meet client requirements.
• Review, evaluate and interpret financial analysis templates.
• Maintain project tracking systems and prepare client reports.
