Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Manager to provide strategic management of real estate transactions for a defined portfolio of commercial properties, including leases, renewals, sales, acquisitions and dispositions.

You will collaborate with local brokerage teams to ensure optimal deal terms for clients. The role requires 5-8 years of experience, a Real Estate License, and strong MS Office skills; work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License is required.
• Experience with commercial real estate transactions preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with the client's strategic goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, new site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space through subleasing.
• Act as landlord/seller agent and tenant/buyer agent and review terms for various commercial real estate products.
• Coordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker; negotiate leases, amendments, and track expirations.
• Secure new properties to meet client requirements and timelines.
• Work with internal and external teams to ensure integration between service lines and track transaction activity.
