Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to own store remodels, new stores and special projects across the US. You will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

The role involves overnight shifts, frequent travel up to 1000 miles, and mentoring associates while partnering with leadership to drive results across multiple projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Own the execution of projects in stores across the US and supervise hourly team members.
• Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders and leaders.
• Travel to project sites, manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop associates through supervision, coaching, and mentorship.
