Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in real estate, finance, business or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in retail estate acquisition or commercial development, preferably with multi-unit retailers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate tools (GIS, Smartsheet, CoStar); advanced Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate real estate opportunities through market research and broker relationships.
• Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and lease contracts; oversee land acquisitions and zoning considerations.
• Prepare financial models and proforma; ensure deals align with growth strategy and investment criteria.
• Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Build relationships with brokers, landlords, and officials; represent the company at events.
