CommercialGRP is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to source and close retail and industrial real estate opportunities. You will develop broker and seller relationships, analyze deals, prepare LOIs, and coordinate due diligence to move qualified opportunities toward closing.

The role emphasizes independent work in a remote setting, strong negotiation skills, and a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to evaluating market data and property valuations.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license or eligibility to obtain one in a target market.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, brokerage, investment sales, or related field.
• Experience with retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties.
• Strong understanding of comparable sales, property valuation, and market analysis.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain broker and seller relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source commercial real estate acquisition opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.
• Analyze potential acquisitions, including property financials, rent rolls, market data, and comparable sales.
• Evaluate opportunities and determine potential acquisition strategies.
• Prepare and submit offers and letters of intent.
• Negotiate with sellers and brokers.
• Coordinate due diligence and work with internal team members and outside professionals throughout the transaction.
• Manage opportunities through the acquisition pipeline and help carry qualified deals to closing.
• Stay informed about local market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities.
