Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join its Headquarters team in Tucson. You will source, evaluate, and secure high-potential sites for new development, negotiating LOIs and leases and guiding deals through permitting and approvals with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail real estate or site acquisition, strong negotiation, and proficiency with GIS, CoStar, Smartsheet, and Excel. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail real estate acquisition, site selection, or commercial development.
• Experience with LOIs, PSAs, and deal negotiations.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate retail real estate opportunities through market research and broker relations.
• Negotiate LOIs, purchase agreements, and lease contracts with terms.
• Oversee real estate land acquisitions and advise on zoning/variances.
• Prepare pro forma and financial models aligned with investment strategy.
• Manage end-to-end real estate deals with internal and external teams.
• Build pipeline with brokers and municipal officials.
