Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our Headquarters team. You will source, evaluate, and secure high-potential sites for new development, negotiating terms with owners and brokers, and guiding deals through the permitting process.

Based in our Tucson HQ, you will work with cross‑functional teams to align acquisitions with growth objectives, monitor market trends, and represent the brand at industry events as we expand across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience (2+ years).
• 5+ years in retail real estate acquisition or site selection.
• Proficiency with GIS, Smartsheet, CoStar; advanced Excel a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate real estate opportunities through market research and broker relations.
• Negotiate terms for LOIs, purchase agreements, and leases.
• Manage end-to-end real estate deals and coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Build relationships with brokers, landlords, and municipal officials.
