Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, site selection, analytics, finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel or financial modeling tools.
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams.
• GIS or mapping tools experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, demographics, traffic patterns, and trade areas to identify high-potential sites.
• Evaluate competitors and market trends to support expansion decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners.
• Manage deal progression, negotiations, and site approvals with senior leadership.
• Prepare financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Finance, Legal, and Construction teams.
• Track pipeline activity and present insights to leadership.
