Range USA is the nation’s largest operator of indoor shooting ranges. We’re growing nationwide and seek team members who deliver easy, welcoming experiences. As a Sales Associate, you’ll fuse product knowledge with selling skills to help customers fulfill their range experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of customer service sales, ability to handle compliant processes, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. 21+ and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service sales experience
• Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations with confidential information
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate the customer experience
• Convert customers to buyers by asking for the sale
• Inform customers of services, discounts, and promotions
• Handle range check-in and ensure efficient, compliant rental process
• Communicate with Range Safety Officer about safety and issues
• Assist with ecommerce picking and order fulfillment
