The ideal candidate has strong organizational and reporting skills and experience in commercial property management, preferably retail properties. The position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, with a schedule Monday

Qualifications

• Commercial property management experience preferred, particularly with retail properties.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Professional communication skills when working with tenants and vendors.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property management operations, including reporting, correspondence, tenant files, and administrative tasks.
• Assist with tenant communication, service requests, and vendor coordination.
• Track certificates of insurance, lease documentation, and important deadlines.
• Assist with rent tracking, collections follow-up, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and maintain accurate property records.
