Job summary

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a commercial real estate organization, seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple retail properties in Southeast Michigan.

The ideal candidate will coordinate tenant billing, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely maintenance while maintaining accurate records and reporting to ownership.

Excellent communication and proficiency with Yardi or similar PM software are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property management or related fields.
• Experience coordinating vendors, repairs, or maintenance services.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management software.
• Ability to conduct regular site visits in Southeast Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple commercial retail properties.
• Serve as primary contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Coordinate tenant billing, service requests, repairs, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate conditions and needs.
• Monitor maintenance projects and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate property records and updates.
• Use property management software to track property and finances.
• Provide status updates to ownership on needs and issues.
