You will collaborate with the Property Manager, manage contracts, tenant communications, and maintenance work orders using Yardi, and help with financial tasks and lease administration.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial property management, strong Yardi and MS Office skills, and a proactive approach to tenant relations and vendor coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial property management (retail, office, or industrial).
• Proficiency in Yardi software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist PM to ensure smooth daily property operations.
• Serve as primary tenant contact, resolving concerns and fostering relationships.
• Coordinate with facilities team for upkeep, repairs, and site inspections.
• Support AR/AP and CAM billing activities with the PM.
