Responsibilities

• Lead Requirements Management / work packages for Tier 2, high risk, strategic and regulatory projects or programs.
• Coach and guide team members within area of expertise.
• Identify and lead resolution of complex requirements issues.
• Support communication and change management across multiple stakeholders.
• Work with business, technology and finance partners to ensure project benefits and changes are realized.
• Apply knowledge of business analysis practices across the project lifecycle.
