The role emphasizes high-quality, efficient production within a quota-driven environment, adherence to safety guidelines, and flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow established production processes with accuracy.
• Ability to work in a quota-driven production environment with quality as priority.
• Strong attention to detail for sorting, pricing, and preparation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items as required.

Responsabilités

• Sort, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise according to standards.
• Support backroom and production operations to ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or quality issues promptly.
• Assist with daily production tasks and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
