Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is hiring a Production Manager at the Hamilton Plaza Store in Hamilton, NJ. The role oversees back production, leads the team, and ensures set production and sales goals are met while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining Goodwill standards.

The position requires strong leadership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Execute store operations to achieve growth targets for profit, revenue, and production.
• Manage daily store operations including staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to optimize product generation and monitor inventory levels.
• Hire, develop, and manage staff performance; review progress regularly.
• Collaborate with various Goodwill divisions to meet goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to uniform policy.
• Record key operational data daily and report results.
