Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Phi is seeking a Production Manager in Ewing, NJ to oversee the back production area, drive production and sales goals, and lead a dedicated team within the Retail Merchandise Processors group.

The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining Goodwill brand loyalty through effective leadership and operations management. Flexible scheduling may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Two years work experience in retail management, preferably thrift.
• One year of customer service or public contact experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back production area and achieve set production and sales goals.
• Lead and retain high performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Open and close retail store and manage daily operations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to analyze and develop cost-efficient product generation.
• Record production data daily and ensure loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and progress.
