Job summary

LogicBroker in the United States is seeking a Retail Expert Product Manager to shape products powering intelligent, connected commerce. You will lead discovery, roadmap, and strategy conversations with retailers and suppliers, translating needs into impactful functionality using AI and automation.

You will prototype with AI tools, collaborate with Engineering and Design, monitor product performance, and champion new ways of working to boost efficiency and decision-making across the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or similar tech-focused role.
• Ability to hold in-depth conversations with enterprise customers and present to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) and AI-assisted development or low-code prototyping.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a credible voice on retail operations in front of enterprise customers, leading discovery, roadmap, and strategy with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain understanding of retailer workflows across commerce, marketplace, and dropship ecosystems.
• Gather customer insights via interviews, feedback, analytics, and market research to inform product decisions.
• Translate complex workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases with AI support.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analyze feedback, and improve productivity across the product lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and prototyping to build and validate functionality, including prototypes or production features.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality AI-enabled product enhancements and delivery on larger initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Champion new ways of working with AI tools to improve team efficiency and decision-making.
