CommerceIQ is building an AI platform that runs commerce for the world's largest brands and ships AI agents for content, media, and sales. We seek a curious, hands-on Director of Product Management with an AI focus to join our incubation team, interfacing with customers to co-create agent-based solutions.

This is an individual contributor role based in Mountain View, CA. You will own the AI-first product strategy, work with LangChain, RAG, and tool use, and lead discovery with senior retail

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of experience in product management or equivalent AI prototyping roles.
• Demonstrated interest in AI: LLMs, RAG, evals, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate customer pain points ripe for agent-based automation.
• Own the AI-first product strategy: leverage LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, and tool use.
• Design and evaluate product concepts with agentic behavior and embedded intelligence.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and translate workflows into agent-enabled solutions.
• Build structured playbooks for agent design, AI evaluation, and success criteria.
