Job summary

Lyric is building the next generation of Retail Planning with agent-first product experiences that can reason, recommend, act, and execute planning work autonomously. We seek a Senior Product Manager, Retail Planning to define what decisions stay planner-led, what AI-assisted, and what can be fully autonomous.

You will work with AI/ML and engineering teams to translate complex retail problems into scalable product capabilities, partnering with retailers to embed Lyric’s solutions in real-world

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Product Management experience at enterprise/B2B scale.
• Strong understanding of retail planning, especially Hardlines/Softlines.
• Experience turning complex planning problems into clear product abstractions.
• Ability to work with data-heavy products alongside engineering/AI teams.
• Excellent customer discovery and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for major Retail Planning workflows across Hardlines and Softlines.
• Develop understanding of assortment, inventory, allocation, replenishment, pricing, and related decisions.
• Translate complex planning problems into product primitives, workflows, and capabilities.
• Partner with retailers to identify breakdowns and drive step-change improvements.
• Define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive launches from discovery to adoption.
