Job summary

Logicbroker, the Agentic Commerce Orchestration Engine, is seeking a Retail Expert Product Manager to drive AI-enabled product initiatives for enterprise retailers and suppliers. You will translate retailer needs into actionable product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to ship impactful features.

You'll combine domain knowledge in retail operations with hands-on AI tooling to prototype solutions and improve product lifecycle outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in Product Management or related tech roles including retail, dropship, or marketplace.
• Ability to hold in-depth conversations with enterprise customers and present to senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflow and prototyping real functionality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to switch between technical detail and executive framing.
• Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and willingness to experiment.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, roadmap, and strategy conversations with retailer and supplier stakeholders across operations, merchandising, and executive teams.
• Develop and maintain understanding of retailer workflows across commerce, marketplace, and dropship ecosystems.
• Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback, analytics, and market research to identify opportunities.
• Translate complex workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, and business cases using AI where it speeds up the work.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and analyze feedback.
• Prototype and validate functionality using AI-assisted tools.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver AI-enhanced product enhancements.
• Monitor product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Champion AI-enabled new workflows to improve team efficiency.
