Job summary

Walmart invites a Principal Product Manager, B2B Commerce, to lead product strategy across our B2B commerce portfolio. This senior individual contributor owns complex customer challenges from discovery to delivery, shaping long-term vision while coordinating with senior stakeholders.

You will embed AI, drive roadmaps, and deliver measurable value, crafting end-to-end experiences for business buyers and ensuring speed and reliability at scale across fulfillment and returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 9–11 years product management experience.
• Experience shipping AI/ML-powered products at scale.
• Strong data analytics and experimentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape product strategy across the B2B commerce portfolio.
• Define and prioritize complex customer problems and manage roadmaps.
• Build front-end experiences for business buyers.
• Embed AI/ML capabilities for routing and recommendations.
• Advance fulfillment, returns, and order orchestration.
• Establish success metrics and run experiments.
