Job summary

Logicbroker is seeking a Forward Deployed Operations professional to be embedded inside strategic enterprise retailers and brands, operating their dropship, marketplace, or wholesale programs end to end. You will represent Logicbroker’s platform and best practices to the client and their trading communities.

You will collaborate with client teams, drive onboarding and enablement, and ensure program KPIs while maintaining autonomy on-site and communicating across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce operations or platform support.
• Autonomy while embedded inside a client organization.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of EDI systems and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the embedded extension of enterprise retailers and brands' commerce operations.
• Conduct on-site discovery and document workflows to operate the program.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for internal stakeholders and vendor networks.
• Deliver program KPIs on the client’s behalf (e.g., onboarding velocity, time-to-site, GMV improvements).
• Lead onboarding, training, and enablement for the client’s supplier base.
• Identify operational risk and drive resolution with vendors and Logicbroker teams.
• Translate on-the-ground reality into feedback for Product and Engineering.
• Troubleshoot the Logicbroker platform when issues arise.
• Build trusted relationships with client eCommerce and merchandising teams.
