Job description

Logicbroker is the Agentic Commerce Orchestration Engine helping enterprise retailers, brands, suppliers, and distributors connect and grow. Our Intelligent Commerce Network powers over $10B in GMV for global leaders like Samsung, Walgreens, and Home Depot by automating the entire process from discovery to doorstep and stock to dock. We make products discoverable, shoppable, fulfillable, and returnable so our clients can grow faster, delight customers, and run smarter operations.

Job Summary

As a Retail Expert Product Manager, you'll help deliver products that power intelligent, connected commerce while operating as a credible, in-depth voice on retail business operations in front of our enterprise customers. You'll partner across the product lifecycle with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into impactful solutions, and you'll use AI, automation, and data to improve both our products and the way we build them.

This role blends two things that don't often live in one person: the domain depth to hold a substantive business conversation with a retailer's operations lead or a supplier's VP of eCommerce, and the technical fluency to use AI-assisted tools to personally prototype and ship functionality rather than only handing off specs. You'll be equally comfortable leading a discovery conversation about dropship economics and sitting down with an AI coding tool to turn that conversation into working software.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as a credible, in-depth voice on retail business operations in front of enterprise customers leading discovery, roadmap, and strategy conversations with retailer and supplier stakeholders across operations, merchandising, and executive teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong, current understanding of retailer and supplier workflows across the commerce, marketplace, and dropship ecosystem including order orchestration, inventory sync, supplier compliance, and fulfillment models.
  • Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback, analytics, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Translate complex retail and managed-commerce workflows into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases using AI where it speeds up the work.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, analyze customer feedback, generate insights, and improve day-to-day productivity across the product lifecycle.
  • Use AI-assisted development and prototyping tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, agentic/low-code tooling) to personally build and validate functionality including prototypes, and in some cases production-ready features rather than relying solely on handoff to engineering.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product enhancements using AI methodologies, and to direct AI-accelerated delivery on larger initiatives.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Champion new ways of working by experimenting wih AI tools and workflows that improve team efficiency, collaboration, and decision-making.

What We Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or another technology-focused role, ideally including time in retail, dropship, marketplace, EDI or B2B commerce domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to hold in-depth, credible business conversations with enterprise customers. comfortable presenting to and engaging with senior retail stakeholders, not just gathering requirements.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your daily workflow, and comfort using AI-assisted development or agentic/low-code tools to prototype or ship real functionality. this is a working skill for this role, not a nice-to-have, and you should be prepared to demonstrate it in the interview.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to flex between deep technical detail and executive-level business framing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and ways of working.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute across multiple disciplines.
