MERS Missouri Goodwill in Lees Summit is seeking an energetic Retail Processor to join our team. This full-time, on-site role supports donations sorting, pricing, stock upkeep, and customer service while upholding our mission, values, and safety standards.

You will work with a diverse team, pursue reliable daily output, and qualify for benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, paid holidays, PTO and a monthly bonus up to $250.

Qualifikationen

• No degree is required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse team.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Aufgaben

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, and trash.
• Inspects items to distinguish quality for sales floor, recycling, and online sales.
• Identifies and prices items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintains high quality and quantity standards while working quickly.
• Stocks, straightens, rotates, and maintains store area cleanliness.
• Provides positive customer service interactions in person and over the phone.
• Maintains professional relationships with team members and leadership.
• Ensures workplace safety and keeps aisles debris-free.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
