Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic and professional Retail Processor to join our Jefferson City store. You will handle donations, sort items, price goods using AMI software, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect items to determine quality for sales floor, recycling or online sales.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and high quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, straighten, rotate and keep the store area clean and organized.
• Provide positive customer service interactions in person and over the phone.
