MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic Retail Processor to join the Blue Springs store. The role pays $15.50 per hour as a full-time, hourly position and offers a monthly bonus up to $250.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated goods into categories: sales floor, online sales, and more.
• Inspects items to distinguish quality and pricing with AMI software.
• Provides positive customer service in person and over the phone.
