MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic Retail Processor for our Brentwood location. The role supports the mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work, handling donations, pricing, and stocking while delivering friendly customer service.

The position requires no degree, HS diploma preferred, and offers full-time hours with benefits. A monthly bonus up to $250 is available, along with comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Formación

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse workforce.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated/purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect goods to distinguish quality and determine placement for sales, recycling, or online.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and stock organization.
• Provide positive customer service to in-person and phone customers.
