MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for our Lawrence Store - 31st team. The role supports our mission, handles donations, sorts items, prices goods, and maintains store standards while delivering customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated goods and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash) per guidelines.
• Inspects donated/purchased goods to identify items for sales floor, recycling, or online sales.
• Identifies and prices items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintains high quality and quantity while working quickly and steadily.
• Stocks, straightens, rotates, and maintains store area cleanliness.
