MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Processor for our Olathe Store to support our mission, Changing Lives Through the Power of Work. The role involves processing donations, pricing items, and maintaining store standards, with a focus on fast, accurate work and friendly service.

Ideal candidates communicate well, are organized, and can manage diverse tasks across sales floor, online, and recycling channels. Benefits include a monthly bonus and comprehensive medical/dental plans.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED Preferred.
• Effective communication with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, and trash.
• Inspect items to determine quality and placement for sales floor, recycling, or online sales.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and keep store area clean.
• Provide positive customer service interactions in person, with donors, and over the phone.
