Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring a Retail Processor for our Ozark Store - W South team. The role is hourly full-time with a base rate of $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus potential up to $250. You will handle donations, sort goods, price items, and provide friendly service to customers and donors while upholding store standards.

No degree is required, HS diploma or GED preferred. Strong communication, organization, and basic math are needed to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, and trash.
• Inspects donated and purchased goods to distinguish quality and identify items for floor, recycling, or online sales.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintains high standards of quality and quantity while working quickly.
• Stocks, straightens, rotates, and maintains store area cleanliness.
• Provide positive customer service interactions in person and over the phone.
