Key duties include sorting donations, pricing items with AMI software, aiding customers, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and professional conduct in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• No degree is required. High School Diploma/GED Preferred.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and capable of interacting with a diverse work population.
• Necessary math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donations and purchased goods into categories per guidelines.
• Inspects items to distinguish quality for sales floor, recycling, and online.
• Identifies and prices items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintains high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Keeps store area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provides positive customer service in person and over the phone.
• Maintains professional relationships with team and leadership.
• Adheres to safety and security regulations; reports theft.
• All other duties as assigned.
