MERS Missouri Goodwill is hiring for a Retail Processor at the O’Fallon, MO store. The role handles donations, sorts goods, prices items, and helps customers while upholding store standards.

The position offers hourly full-time hours with a base rate of $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus potential up to $250. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect donated and purchased goods to determine quality and placement.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly.
• Keep store area clean and well-stocked and assist customers.
