MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Retail Processor to join our Wentzville store team. The role supports our mission, "Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!" and upholds our core values.

The position offers an hourly full-time schedule with a competitive benefits package and a monthly bonus potential. Primary duties include handling donations, sorting goods, pricing with AMI software, maintaining store standards, and delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS Diploma/GED preferred.
• Strong communication with staff, customers, and management.
• Organized and able to work with a diverse team.
• Basic arithmetic skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, and trash.
• Inspect donated and purchased goods to distinguish quality for various channels.
• Identify and price items within AMI pricing guidelines.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly and steadily.
• Stock, straighten, and maintain cleanliness of the store area.
• Provide positive customer service to in-person customers, donors, and those over the phone.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with teammates and leadership.
• Follow safety practices and keep aisles clear.
• All other duties as assigned.
