Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries in Wentzville, MO is seeking a Retail Processor to join our store team. You will handle donations, categorize merchandise, and price items using AMI software while delivering friendly customer service.

The role is full-time, hourly, with a starting rate of $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus potential of up to $250. Full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; no degree required.
• Effective communication with co-workers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated goods and purchased goods into categories as directed.
• Inspects items to determine quality for sales floor, recycling, and online channels.
• Prices items using AMI pricing software.
• Keeps store area clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provides positive customer service to in-person and phone customers.
