MERS Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a motivated Retail Processor for the Pittsburg Store - Broadway. You will handle donations, categorize goods, and price items for multiple channels while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• No degree required; high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Mathematical skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories: sales floor, seasonal, online sales, outlet, and trash.
• Inspect items to determine quality and appropriate sales channel.
• Identify and price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while working quickly.
• Stock shelves, straighten displays, and keep store area clean.
• Provide positive customer service interactions in person and over the phone.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with team members and leadership.
• Follow safe work practices and keep aisles clear of obstructions.
• Adhere to dress code and safeguard agency assets.
• All other duties as assigned.
