Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and staff.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise missing vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Assist with merchandise returns and restock on the sales floor.
• Follow safety SOPs for lifting and handling merchandise.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and questions.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Update signage based on new price changes.
• Return customer-processed items to correct locations.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Coordinate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes.
