Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Merchandise Pricing Associate in Pineville, NC. The role maintains store merchandising standards and pricing integrity, handling price changes, SKU labeling, and processing returns.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available and the base pay starts at $15 per hour, with higher starts based on experience. The position requires retail sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with store management and colleagues in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of staff.
• Good computer skills and ability to coordinate tasks online.
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information discretely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station.
• Label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs with TOD.
• Support merchandise returns and restock sales floor.
• Follow safe lifting SOP and procedures.
• Assist customers as product knowledge expert.
• Create and replace price tags and signage.
• Return items to correct home locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per standards.
• Communicate store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email.
• Collaborate with department managers on SKUs and pricing.
