Job summary

Floor & Decor in Stapleton, CO is seeking team members to maintain store merchandising standards and pricing integrity. You will manage price changes, label SKUs, and process returns while assisting customers with product selections.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong interpersonal skills with store management and associates
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Sensitive to confidential information

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station
• Label merchandise lacking vendor SKUs using TOD
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor
• Follow safe lifting SOPs
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Create price tags and signage for all products
• Update signage with price changes
• Return products to correct home locations after returns
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards
• Communicate in-store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes
