Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a detail-oriented store merchandising specialist to manage pricing changes, SKU labeling, and processing returns. You will assist customers with product selection and ensure accurate signage.

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions in a fast-paced retail environment, using Tags-On-Demand tools and collaborating with Department Managers to maintain pricing integrity and smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience required or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels of store management
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Sensitivity to confidential information

Responsibilities

• Utilize and maintain store pricing using TOD mobile printing station
• Identify and label merchandise missing vendor SKUs using TOD
• Support merchandise returns by returning saleable product to sales floor
• Follow safe lifting procedures (SOP)
• Assist customers with product selection and questions
• Create price tags and signage for all products
• Replace outdated signage based on price changes
• Return products to correct home locations after returns
• Stock products and communicate in-store moves via email
• Coordinate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes
