Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1+ years in marketing, operations, retail merchandising, or shopper marketing.
• Experience with partnership or licensing agencies preferred.
• Familiar with partnership approval workflows.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and ordering of POS materials with accuracy.
• Coordinate with fulfillment vendors and customers to track timelines and delivery.
• Maintain vendor and agency relationships to ensure quality.
• Manage POS assets and ensure licensing/approval compliance.
• Support partnership approvals and ensure timelines are met.
• Assist with billing inquiries between finance and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and partners to execute POS programs.
• Organize POS assets, files and internal documentation.
• Coordinate POS needs for field teams and retail materials.
• Analyze program performance and compile POS/shopper reports.
